Q: What does your role as the Chief Operating Officer involve?

A: As Chief Operating Officer, I’m responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of IG CloudOps. This includes setting strategic goals, creating efficiencies, developing new processes and technologies, and ensuring the smooth running of our business. Ultimately, I aim to ensure that we’re providing excellent customer service and creating value for our customers and employees alike.

A: I think the biggest challenge in my role is keeping up with the ever-changing cloud landscape. There are always new technologies and approaches emerging, and it can be challenging to keep up. I have a whole team with years of experience with AWS & Azure, who are always there to help, but I think this gives me some empathy for what our customers are experiencing with their own cloud deployments.

Q: What is the biggest opportunity you see for IG CloudOps?

A: The biggest opportunity I see for IG CloudOps is to continue to grow our customer base and expand into new markets. Our CloudOps technology is unique and offers a lot of potential for businesses of all sizes.
