LogicMonitor analysis: LogicMonitor support services vs CloudOps Packages

Comparing support and advisory services for LogicMonitor vs CloudOps

LogicMonitor support packages

LogicMonitor support offers four types of packages: Standard, Enhanced, Premier, and LM Concierge.

Standard Support gives you access to the LogicMonitor support portal, including the self-service knowledge base, community forums, and email support. The packages all include Self-help resources, community support, a support portal, and a customer success manager.

The higher plans then include more ways to interact with the LogicMonitor support team and a level of health checking and remediation assistance quarterly. Only the highest level of support includes admin tasks on demand and 50 PS development hours annually.

How does this compare to CloudOps support packages?

The CloudOps package model is a lot simpler, but the key advantage is that CloudOps is developed for the cloud (Plug and play with AWS & Azure).

  • CloudOps Essentials - Include support and advisory services as a bolt-on
  • CloudOps Professional - Include support and advisory services as a bolt-on

Essentials and Professional levels also include a technology adoption manager and cost reviews.

CloudOps is built with ISV or SaaS businesses in mind. We focus on the infrastructure so you can focus on your software application. The support services cover you for any issues that pop up with your cloud infrastructure. The advisory services can be used for things like architecture scoping, roadmap advice etc... It is designed to cover you for things that would have traditionally required an additional consultancy exercise at an additional cost with advisory sessions that are included.

With a CloudOps Essentials / Professional package, you have the reassurance that your cloud operations are covered and you can focus on adding value for your customers.
